We specialize in providing FREE Private In-Home Care Services for children under 21 diagnosed with special needs and covered by Medicaid. Many families are surprised to learn they qualify within just 30 days of applying. Our dedicated team is available seven days a week to offer nursing and personal care.
If your child is under 21, covered by Medicaid, and has conditions like cerebral palsy, paraplegia, spina bifida, or other diagnoses, they may be eligible for our services. We're here to support your family and help you navigate the challenges of caring for a child with special needs.
The DetailsGetting In Home Care is As Easy As
Step 1: Initial Call and Intake
The first step in our care process is conducting an initial assessment to gather information.Then, we schedule a home meeting with the client and family. During this visit, we further assess the client's needs and develop a personalized care plan based on their medical history.
Step 2: Personalize Care Plan
Once we've crafted a personalized care plan for our patient, we proceed to submit the required documentation to Medicaid.Following this submission, we await Medicaid's response, which typically occurs within a timeframe of 30 days, upon which approval is granted.
Step 3: Caregiver Match
Once nursing services have been approved by Medicaid, we start matching our caregivers and nurses with the patient. Caregivers and nurses will keep a notebook for all care notes.
