Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.

 

Qualifications:

  • Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia.
  • CPR certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • Supervise LPNs and PCAs to ensure quality care delivery.

 

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
  • BLS certification.
  • Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred.
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

  • Personal care: Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding 
  • Mobility: Help patients get in and out of bed, walk, and exercise 
  • Vital signs: Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, and pulse 
  • Medication: Monitor and administer medications as directed by a nurse 
  • Communication: Report changes in health, behavior, or vital signs to nurses 
  • Repositioning: Turn and reposition patients in bed or in wheelchairs 
  • Patient needs: Understand each patient’s needs, such as dietary restrictions, allergies, and routines 
  • Compassion: Provide comfort and compassion to patients and their loved ones 

 

Qualifications:

  • CNA License
  • BLS Certification
  • CPR Certification
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Report any changes in residents' condition to the nursing staff.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of PCA training program preferred.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
